II. Security Service System
(1) Perimeter Defense System. Electronic fences and infrared beam detectors are deployed along the community wall perimeter, combined with AI intelligent video analysis, to achieve real-time identification and automatic alarm for illegal climbing and scaling behaviors. Alarm information is simultaneously pushed to the security center and patrol personnel's mobile terminals, forming a closed loop of "detection—warning—response" to ensure no blind spots in the community's external security.
(2) Full-Coverage Video Surveillance. (3) Intelligent Access Control and Passage Management. Facial recognition access control systems are deployed at pedestrian entrances and exits, supporting seamless passage for residents, visitor appointment registration, and temporary QR code access, achieving precise control over personnel entry and exit. Intelligent barrier gates and license plate recognition systems are deployed at vehicle entrances and exits, supporting automatic passage for monthly card vehicles, QR code payment for temporary vehicles, parking guidance, and reverse car finding, improving traffic efficiency and parking management. Video intercom and elevator control systems are deployed at unit doors and elevator lobbies, realizing integrated management of visitor calling, owner authorization, and floor control.
(4) Fire Protection and Emergency Linkage. Smoke detectors, gas alarms, fire water pressure monitoring, and other equipment are integrated to establish a unified fire warning platform. Hazards such as fires and gas leaks trigger real-time alarms and link with fire lane lighting, emergency broadcasting, and access control release to ensure rapid evacuation of personnel. An emergency command and dispatch system is also built, enabling one-click retrieval of surrounding surveillance, notification of security personnel, and activation of emergency plans in the event of an emergency, enhancing the community's emergency response capability.
(5) Security Patrol and Operation & Maintenance Services. A professional security team is deployed, implementing a 24-hour three-shift patrol system, combined with an electronic patrol system to ensure patrol coverage. A regular inspection and maintenance mechanism for security equipment is established, with monthly inspections and quarterly maintenance for cameras, access control, barriers, and fire protection equipment to ensure stable system operation.
