Shaanxi Yunong Yunzhi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. has joined hands with Xingtai Company to provide smart community security services for Zijun Tianxi, with a total investment of 41 million yuan, committed to building it into a benchmark for a safe, smart, practical, and comfortable new-type smart community in the early stage of the "15th Five-Year Plan."
II. Security Service System
(1) Perimeter defense system. Electronic fences and infrared beam detectors are deployed along the perimeter of the community wall, combined with AI intelligent video analysis to achieve real-time identification and automatic alarms for illegal climbing and scaling. Alarm information is simultaneously pushed to the security center and patrol personnel's mobile terminals, forming a closed loop of "detection-early warning-disposal" to ensure no blind spots in the community's outer security.
(2) Full-area video surveillance. High-definition intelligent cameras are deployed in key areas such as community entrances and exits, main roads, elevator cars, underground garages, commercial blocks, and office building lobbies to achieve 24-hour all-weather monitoring coverage. Relying on AI video analysis technology, it supports functions such as facial recognition, abnormal behavior recognition (such as people falling or fighting), high-altitude falling object detection, early warning of electric bikes entering elevators, and detection of fire lane occupation. Abnormal events automatically trigger warnings and pop-up prompts for security personnel, improving the efficiency of emergency response.
(3) Smart access control and passage management. Facial recognition access control systems are deployed at pedestrian entrances and exits of the community, supporting contactless passage for owners, visitor appointment registration, and temporary QR code passage, achieving precise control of personnel entry and exit. Intelligent barriers and license plate recognition systems are deployed at vehicle entrances and exits, supporting automatic release of monthly card vehicles, QR code payment for temporary vehicles, parking space guidance, and reverse vehicle finding, improving passage efficiency and parking management. Video intercoms and elevator control systems are deployed at unit doors and elevator halls, achieving integrated management of visitor calls, owner authorization, and floor control.
(4) Fire Protection and Emergency Linkage. Smoke detectors, gas alarms, fire water pressure monitoring, and other equipment are integrated to establish a unified fire warning platform. Hazards such as fires and gas leaks trigger real-time alarms and link with fire lane lighting, emergency broadcasting, and access control release to ensure rapid evacuation of personnel. An emergency command and dispatch system is also built, enabling one-click retrieval of surrounding surveillance, notification of security personnel, and activation of emergency plans in the event of an emergency, enhancing the community's emergency response capability.
(5) Security patrol and operation and maintenance services. A professional security team is equipped, implementing a 24-hour three-shift patrol system, combined with an electronic patrol system to ensure patrol attendance. A regular inspection and maintenance mechanism for security equipment is established, with monthly inspections and quarterly maintenance for cameras, access control, barriers, firefighting equipment, etc., to ensure stable system operation. A property service center and a 24-hour service hotline are set up. Residents can make one-click repair requests, complaints, and suggestions through the community APP. After receiving orders, the property management responds promptly and tracks feedback.
